Dear Customer, We at Retal International Center believe that customer service is the cornerstone of our whole business. We do our best to avoid any issues that may arise during your shopping experience with us, which is why we make sure that all of our policies are transparent and simple, and if you need any clarification please feel free to contact us directly.


Exchange or return policy


  • You have the right to exchange or return the goods purchased from the Retal store within 14 days from the date of purchase if the following conditions are met:
  • That the goods to be returned or exchanged have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the quality of the goods.
  • The goods should be in carton and in the same condition at the time of purchase.
  • The goods must be in good condition and displayable (except for the goods in which a manufacturing defect was found).
  • You have the right, dear customer, to receive the price of the returned merchandise in the same way it was paid.
  • You have the right, dear customer, to receive the price of the goods that have been fully returned, and you will not deduct any kind of fees such as visa card fees, K-net card fees, or the like from the refunded amount.
  • You have the right to receive the price of the returned merchandise within ten days from the date of accepting the return of the merchandise
  • In the event that the conditions of exchange or return are available, if you contact us within two days from the date of receiving the product, we will send our representative to receive the product.
  • The return and exchange request will be evaluated within one working day from the date of receiving the request.


Request cancellation policy:


  • The customer has the right to cancel the order and notify us within a maximum period of one hour before the delivery time. If the customer does not notify us, two dinars will be charged as delivery fees
  • For external requests, the customer has the right to request cancellation before the shipping process with the carrier.

Delivery and shipping inside Kuwait


  • We at Retal Center take great care and do our utmost to provide our customers with an enjoyable, easy and distinctive shopping experience
  • We will deliver your orders in Kuwait within 24 hours of ordering.
  • The customer will be contacted before the order is delivered to ensure its availability
  • If the address is reached and the customer does not respond within 15 minutes, another appointment will be scheduled with the customer
  •  Free delivery for orders above 9 KD, if the order is less than that, 2 KD  will be charged as delivery fees for the order


Shipping method to Gulf countries:


Cooperating with Aramex to ship your orders, you will receive your orders to your doorstep or to the nearest branch of the delivery company.

By selecting the country and adding products to a basket, you will see the shipping prices for the product




 Shipping period for Gulf countries:


We will deliver your orders within a minimum period of 5 to 21 days

The tracking number for the shipment will be sent to you from the carrier.
